chicken recipes:

Onion chicken:

chicken-1/2 kg
onion-4numbers big
red chillies-5
oil -100ml or as needed
salt as needd
turmeric powder-1/4 tbls

Preparation:
1.cut chicken into small pieces.
2.wash chicken with turmeric powder.
3.soak red chillies with warm water.
4.grind the chillies and onion into paste.
5.keep a kadai and pour oil.
6.now add the onion chilly paste,salt and saute for five minutes.
7.now add the chicken pieces and cook till it becomes tender.
8.cover and simmer until the gravy becomes dry and changes its colour.
9.cook until oil oozes out.
10.serve with puloa.

Note:more oil more tasty


Diet recipies

urad dal wheat adai:

urad dal-1/2 cup
broken wheat rava-2 cups
salt as needed

preparation:

1.soak urad dal and wheat rava for 2 hours seperately.
2.then grind both in grinder.
3.then add salt and keep aside for whole night.
4.mix well and make soft and spongy dosa in the next day
morning.
note:the ratio of urad dal and wheat rava is to be 1:4

Spring roll Chapathi:


Ingredients:
chapathi-3    
carrot,beans,cabbage,
capsicum,peas   -1/2cup

onion-2
green chillies-2
ginger garlic paste-1tbls
oil-1tbls
salt as needed

Preparation:

  1.chop the vegetables finely.
  2.boil the vegetables with little  water.
  3.put one teaspoon oil in the kadai and add finely chopped onions,chillies with salt and saute it becomes translucent.
   4.add crushed ginger garlic paste  and saute till the raw smell goes off.
   5.now add the boiled veggies with the remaining salt and cook till all water contents in the veggie gets absorbed.
    6.now place this mixture into the chapathi and serve hot.
